  Overview 
 Hire Resolve’s client in the Transport Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Vehicle Coordinator to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape.
  Responsibilities: 
 Cost control – Detailed cost management, including expenses such as general vehicle repairs, vehicle rotation, tires, fuel, licensing, breakdowns, accidents, and insurance claims
 E-Toll account management
 Fuel management – Communicate all new fuel card orders, fuel card cancellations, faulty e-tags, and fuel limit alignment to the fleet provider
 Managing driver’s licenses – Ensure driver’s licenses are valid and report all irregularities to HR and management immediately
 Accident management, insurance cover, and claims
 Manage the order processing, installation, and rollout of vehicle modifications.
