Vehicle Assembler / Fitter

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm and Friday 6am to 12.30pm.
Duties to include:
* The fit-out of vehicles (panel vans, cars, 4x4s..) as part of a team
* Ability to follow fitting instructions, ensuring that work carried out meets the required specification, quality, and timescales.
* Assemble vehicle components accurately according to technical specifications and assembly instructions
* Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during assembly processes
* Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
* Assist in the installation of mechanical parts, fittings, and systems within vehicles
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
* Report any issues or defects encountered during assembly to supervisors promptly
