This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, knows plants inside and out, and enjoys mentoring crews while delivering high‑quality results.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Director, you’ll balance active fieldwork (up to 75%) with leadership, planning, and reporting responsibilities. Projects may include:

·        Herbicide application (backpack, UTV, spot, and broadcast spraying)

·        Noxious weed surveys, treatment, and monitoring

·        Hand thinning using chainsaws and hand tools
