VDS Production Team Lead- Evening Shift

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and directs daily activities of the assigned production team to maximize productivity while maintaining quality.
• Ensures all safety procedures are followed and metrics met.
• Investigates, troubleshoots and provides solutions to escalated production problems.
• Provides training for other assembly workers.
• Assigns work, reviews metrics, resolves issues that are escalated.
• Operates and maintains stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components, or units according to specifications and follows established manufacturing procedures.
• Follows training and safety requirements and trains assemblers to use hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing assembly line equipment to assemble units.
• Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to ensure all components meet tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards.
