**Job Overview**

Portzen Construction/Dubuque Plumbing and Heating is seeking a VDC Coordinator.

Duties & Scope:

+ BIM modeling of construction systems
+ Understand BIM scope of work
+ Prepare model content for VDC coordination meetings
+ Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines through VDC coordination meetings
+ Create shop drawings to provide to the field
+ Maintain a high level of verbal and written communication
+ Understand single line diagrams and construction drawings
+ Potential field site visits with the possibility of being stationed on a project site
+ Work with Superintendents and field personnel to understand installation means and methods
+ Provide top service to our clients with consistent and concise communication
