Overview Of The Role

The VCM / FLS Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the operational excellence of the store. This position involves supervising floor activities, managing fitting rooms, handling customer grievances, and maintaining store image according to brand guidelines.

What You Will Do

Shop Floor & Fitting Room Management

• Present a proper personal image and continuously check and manage the image of staff.
• Demonstrate good control of replenishment and ensure sufficient product display during peak hours/days.
• Lead by example and teach Customer Service Minimum to the team, motivate & ensure they achieve these standards.
• Provide immediate assistance, solutions, and up‑selling to customers.
• Supervise and manage the fitting room, maintaining a good image.
• Handle complaints and difficult situations with customers, follow company procedures...
