**What to expect as a graduate within Subsurface**
As a graduate, you will be enrolled in Vår Energi's graduate programme to build your network and take part in meaningful work from day one, such as:
- Perform reservoir management through establishing reservoir drainage strategies, reservoir surveillance and optimization of production
- Perform reservoir performance prediction using both analytical and numerical techniques like reservoir simulation
