Salary: RM1.9K (RM1.7Kbasic) + RM200 (phone allowance - fixed) + OT Available

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM
• Male & Females
• Valid GDL license
• Maximum age 45 years old
• More than 1 year driving experience
• Preferably those with experience in courier services

Job scope:

Customer Management

• Attend to customer need at all times in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
• Shipment Delivery is to meet RDD
• Provide timely customer feedback to Supervisor

Stakeholder Management

• To be able to work with contractors to ensure that shipments beyond a courier's capability
• are attend to on a urgent basis
• To alert concerned Officers in advance when contractor help is required
• To be able to separate shipmen...
