Value and Access Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Value and Access Manager to support a leading global pharmaceutical organisation on a basis contract across South Wales until January 2027. This role focuses on improving patient access to a cardiology portfolio by working closely with key stakeholders across the NHS.

You will lead engagement with health boards, medicines management teams, commissioners and hospital pharmacy, acting as the primary contact for market access within your territory. 

The position requires:

• Delivery of strategic account plans

• Aligning brand priorities with local healthcare needs to optimise outcomes.

• Working cross-functionally with commercial, medical and market access teams,

• Identify opportunities to enhance value

• Remove barriers to access and drive regional performance. 

• A strong understanding of local healthcare systems, policy and funding pathways will be essential.
