Lead the customer audit with various customers Led the Chroming and Painting technical report with OEMS Responsible for solving technical issues related to Chroming and painting process Lead the investigation, analysis, and improvement for the NG (Not Good) testing items, providing effective root cause analysis, and along with action plans. Lead the analysis of warranty issues, formulate action plans, implement them and close the issue on time. Establish the Validation Plan for Chroming and Painting projects. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years proven experience as a Validation Engineer in the automotive industry, focusing on chemical components.
