Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing the AI backbone supporting delivery.
• Configure, train, and orchestrate AI models/agents on the codebase.
• Enable automated gap analysis, requirement refinement, and spec generation.
• Ensure robustness, scalability, and accuracy of AI-driven outputs.
• Collaborate closely with the Intent Engineer to iterate and finalize specifications.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Gastown approaches / AI-native engineering practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Claude Code (or similar LLMs), including:
  • Using Claude within IDEs.
  • Writing effective prompts for code analysis, generation, and refinement.
