Vacation rental revenue manager

We're hiring a detail-oriented, numbers-driven Vacation Rental Revenue Manager to help Emperor Rentals improve pricing, occupancy, and revenue across our short-term rental portfolio. This is a fully remote position for candidates currently based in Brazil. You'll work with property performance data, market trends, and pricing tools to help us make smarter revenue decisions every week.
Compensation: $250 USD per week, paid weekly.
What you'll do: - Review property performance, pricing, occupancy, ADR, and revenue trends - Help optimize nightly rates based on seasonality, demand, events, and competitor pricing - Build and maintain simple revenue reports and forecasts - Track KPIs and identify opportunities to increase profitability - Support pricing decisions across Airbnb, short-term rental, and vacation rental channels - Communicate insights clearly and help the team make data-backed decisions
