We are looking for a Postdoctoral Researcher with expertise in systems immunology and immune-repertoire analysis for the Cancer Immunogenomics group, led by Dr. Eduard Porta.

RESEARCH DESCRIPTION

Our research lies at the interface of artificial intelligence, molecular biology and medical oncology, and we bring together experts from all three fields. We use computational approaches to study the interaction between genetic variants in cancer genomes and multiple aspects of cancer, ranging from the immune response against tumors to the susceptibility of cancer cells to different treatments. This position will focus on integrating high-dimensional immune profiling, TCR-sequencing, single‑cell and multi‑omics data to understand tumor‑immune interactions and clinically relevant immune responses.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyse and integrate bulk and single‑cell TCR‑seq, flow cytometry, NGS and other high‑dimensional immune‑profiling datasets.
