Operation:
- Take a user-centered approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
- Identify UX problems and help create elegant solutions
- Collaborate across design, engineering, and product teams within an Agile environment
- Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Create effective, professional UI designs
- Participate in the design and execution of user research studies
- Work with and contribute to organization's Design System
- Keep up to date with modern trends and hotel industry best practices

Developement: Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
