Utility Worker

**Job Title: Utility Worker**
**Job Description**
The Utility Worker will be responsible for preparing products for daytime operations, monitoring the sifting and filling of storage tanks in the Bagging Department, and assisting the Furnace Operator with tasks in the Grinding Department. Additionally, this role requires maintaining daily plant housekeeping, including using a dust particulate respirator during air wand blowdown of the plant site.

**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare product for dayshift use and monitor sifting and filling of Bagging Department storage tanks.
+ Assist Furnace Operator with tasks in the Grinding Department.
+ Maintain daily plant housekeeping and conduct air wand blowdown using dust particulate respirator.
+ Perform glass pile dressing and load cullet into plant shredder system.
+ Remove contamination in glass pile to prevent equipment plug-up and quality issues, reporting significant issues to management or lead operator.
