Utility Technician-DSA

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Has a fundamental responsibility to ensure product safety and quality as it applies to all duties listed below; 
• Sort incoming dunnage for damage, broken, torn or otherwise unusable materials and segregate/label for disposition. 

• Build proper stacks of dunnage for use on our downstreams. Units to be correctly stacked by number, height, weight, orientation etc. as specified. 

• Load downstream unitizing areas with dunnage and manage the dunnage inventory to avoid running out. 

• Capable of operating the palletizer, wrapper, bander etc. to ensure product is moving through per specification and a timely manner.

• Monitor and operate the blending area(s) for the designated lines. Asist and alert Utility Technician when further assistance is needed.

• Monitor the Downstreams of the designated lines.
• Clear bottle jams.
• Restart downstream equipment as needed.
