Utility Engineer I (Commercial HVAC Tech) Looking for a stable career with excellent benefits? CCBC is hiring a Utility Engineer I (HVAC Tech) to help operate, maintain, and repair the vital heating, cooling, and electrical systems on our Essex Campus. In this full-time, first-shift role (Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM), you’ll work hands-on with commercial boilers, chillers, HVAC units, and building automation systems to ensure a comfortable and efficient campus environment.
