Utilities Supervisor (Roswell)

Within our 600-person manufacturing facility in Roswell , Leprino is seeking a Utilities Supervisor to lead critical plant utility systems, including ammonia refrigeration, steam, power, and compressed air, while supporting larger levels of cheese and dairy ingredient growth. What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily utilities operations that support safe, reliable production across ammonia refrigeration, steam, power, compressed air, water, and energy systems.
• Guide and develop a utilities team responsible for PSM-covered and high-risk plant infrastructure.
• Support compliance with OSHA, PSM, EPA, NFPA, IIAR, and related regulatory requirements tied to utility systems.
