User Operations Specialist-CO (Colombia)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for recruiting and operating Colombian agency, resolving guild issues, refining agency requirements, and providing related services to agencies.
• User operation: Actively engage and follow up with male/female users, fulfill user operation management needs through maintaining good communication and implementing operational/incentive policies.
• Collaborate with the team to execute on-ground activities, track activity effectiveness, and achieve corresponding targets.
• Assist the team in conducting competitive analysis/user research and other related tasks.
• Assist in monitoring various data and conducting data analysis; responsible for some translation work.

Qualifications
