User Growth

As a User Growth & Operations Specialist, you will be reporting to the User Growth & Operations Country Lead, you'll play a critical role in executing operational tasks, managing end-to-end campaign configurations, and delivering actionable data insights to support the Alipay+ Rewards platform's growth objectives. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can balance independent task ownership with clear escalation of strategic decisions to ensure alignment with business goals.

Salary Structure: up to RM 6,000

• Business Metrics Understanding: Execute tasks directly tied to key business metrics, including tracking Daily Active Users (DAU), Conversion Rates and eShop order & Total Payment Volume (TPV).
