User Experience Engineer (UXE) (7-8 yrs experience)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior User Experience Engineer (MTS4) to join our UX/UI team. You will work at the intersection of design and technology — collaborating with designers, researchers, and engineers to prototype, validate, and deliver great user experiences across Nutanix's product portfolio.

What sets this role apart from a typical UXE position is scope. Beyond strong frontend skills, you should be comfortable working across the full stack — backend services, databases, deployment, monitoring — and be able to independently build and ship an end-to-end application when needed. You understand the full software development life cycle and can operate across it without hand-holding.

You also bring AI into your daily workflow — not as a buzzword, but as a practical tool to move faster and build better.
