User Acquisition Specialist

About the Role We are looking for a data-driven User Acquisition (UA) / Performance Marketing Specialist to join one of our teams at Game District.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing UA campaigns to drive installs, engagement, and revenue growth across digital channels.

This role is heavily focused on data analysis, performance tracking, and decision-making using insights from dashboards, BI tools, and marketing platforms.

Strong analytical skills are more important than a pure UA background.

Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple ad networks Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, including CPI, ROAS, Cohorted ROAS, ROI, CTR, CAC, Conversion Rate, Retention, LTV, ARPU, ARPDAU, and other growth and monetization KPIs.
