**What you'll do...**

+ Lead continuous improvement initiatives using **5S, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, and time & motion studies** to eliminate waste and reduce losses within Distribution Center operations.
+ Align improvement efforts with **Network Process Structure** and the **Walmart Performance System (WPS)** .
+ Deliver functional area results through **KPI analysis** , loss elimination, and the creation of **standard work** to reduce process variation.
+ Lead cost‑savings and loss‑reduction projects by identifying inefficiencies and driving sustainable process improvements.
+ Apply **Network One Best Way** playbooks and provide input to **Divisional Focused Improvement Teams** on project ideation and replication opportunities.
