**What you'll do...**
The Group Director of Walmart+ Engineering will lead day to day business operations and execution against engineering roadmaps, including supporting our existing W+ members, driving new member acquisition, and enabling membership programs and promotions. The Group Director will also be responsible for strategic engineering initiatives focused on accelerating mission critical business priorities, including reducing our high monthly churn rate of 27% and increasing our Walmart+ subscriber growth. ​As Walmart+ continues to scale, the organization requires strong operational leadership and more dedicated focus across engineering acceleration, business critical feature delivery and initiatives that directly move the needle on business outcomes.
