The position oversees the scheduling, planning, and execution of all programs and events hosted at the center, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience. The role plays a key part in supporting the onboarding of new sales representatives and leaders by managing logistics and coordination across training initiatives. Responsibilities include organizing training schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and supporting day-to-day administrative and operational needs for both the training team and the center.
