We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven US Technical Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT/Engineering requirements in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for US IT/Technical roles.
Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
Use job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
Conduct initial HR/technical screenings.
Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up for feedback.
Negotiate salary/rates and manage offer process.
Maintain candidate database and daily reports.
Requirements:
1+ year experience in US IT/Technical recruitment.
Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in US time zones.
