US Tax Supervisor

The Tax Supervisor will mainly be responsible for the tax compliance activities within the Tax Team and assisting the Tax Manager and Tax Director in system-wide tax planning, research and compliance. This position will also monitor Tax Filing Deadlines and filing appropriate extensions as necessary, reviews, analyzes and responds to tax notices. Lastly, this position interacts with several groups throughout the organization such as the Accounting and Corporate Finance Team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex tax returns, particularly large consolidated corporate income tax returns and multi-state returns for C Corporations, S Corporations and partnerships.
• Preparing high net worth individual returns
• Work closely with tax associate on all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients.
