Key Responsibilities Prepare 1040, 1065, 1120 & 1120S tax returns. Maintain workpapers and supporting documents. Perform tax research and assist in tax planning. Coordinate with clients and internal teams. Ensure timely completion of tax assignments. Maintain compliance with US tax regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance. Minimum 4 years of current/recent public accounting tax experience required. Strong understanding of US tax concepts. Experience with tax software and MS Excel. EA/CPA pursuing preferred.
