US Recruitment Consultant– Umhlanga (Office Based)- Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission Why Join Darwin?

Are you a recruitment consultant ready to maximize your potential? Darwin is expanding, and we’re looking for technical recruiters to join our successful team in our Umhlanga offices. A strong sales background and a hunter attitude is ideal, with a track record of exceeding KPI’s and doing what it takes to achieve targets. US based hours and on-site work are a non-negotiable for this role.

In return we offer a competitive basic and lucrative uncapped commission structure. Our top earning consultants are earning more than 25 K per month commission + Base.

Applicants from outside KZN will be considered; however this role entails FT hours on site in Umhlanga, remote work is not an option. Please note this is not a HR role – this is a sales based recruitment role.
