- Handle end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen, interview, and qualify candidates for client requirements
- Coordinate with hiring managers and account teams
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS updates
Qualifications
- 1–5+ years of US staffing/recruiting experience
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of US tax terms and employment types
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in US shifts
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong ownership
