Role:
Looking for Sr. Technical Recruiter - US IT with 5+ years of experience in US IT staffing, international recruiting, perm and temp staffing, service delivery, and team handling.
Should be responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including head hunting, sourcing, pre-screening, shortlisting, and candidate assessment for the US Market.
Requirement:
Hands-on Experience in End-to-End Recruitment Process across Various IT Technologies within the US market
Experience in recruiting US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the Tax Terms - Full-time and contract positions (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)
