Job Tittle: US IT Recruiter Experience: 2 to 5 Years Locations: Hyderabad (TS) Job Description:
+ Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment.
+ Experience with full life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
+ Proficient in sourcing and screening resumes from various job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
+ Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management System (VMS).
+ Strong knowledge of technical terminologies and skills relevant to IT & Non-IT roles (e.g., Cloud, AI, ERP, Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, etc.).
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and clients.
+ Solid understanding of Visas, US employment types and tax terms (C2C, W2 and 1099)
+ Familiarity with time zones and work culture in the US.
