US IT Recruiter

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our US-based clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands the US IT hiring ecosystem, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at closing technical roles within tight timelines.

Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in Philippines, Indonesia, or Vietnam

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
• Source top IT talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, GitHub, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach
• Partner closely with US clients and internal teams to understand technical requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Maintain accurate records in ATS system...
