We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven US IT Recruiter to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for US IT roles and thrive in a fast-paced staffing environment where speed and quality both matter.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
• Source, screen, and close candidates for Contract and W2 roles
• Manage multiple requisitions in a metrics-driven environment
• Close positions within defined TAT (Turnaround Time), as most requirements have limited submission slots
• Take full ownership of assigned requirements and candidates from submission to onboarding
• Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
