This individual must have hands-on experience working as an HR professional supporting U.S.-based companies and possess strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices. This is a high-ownership role requiring precision, accountability, and deep familiarity with U.S. HR frameworks. The ideal candidate understands the full HR lifecycle and can independently manage HR processes from onboarding to compliance, employee relations, performance management, and terminations.
