We are hiring US HR Operations Executives at both Junior (2+ years) and Senior (5+ years) levels to join our growing HR team in Chennai. If you have strong experience in US HR operations, payroll, compliance, and onboarding, we'd love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, orientation, transfers, and offboarding

Handle benefits administration including open enrollment

Maintain accurate employee records & HR data aligned with US compliance

Ensure adherence to US labor laws (EEO, FMLA, ACA, etc.) and support audits

Work closely with payroll teams for US payroll processing

Manage compliance documentation such as W2 & I-9 forms

Update and communicate HR policies & procedures

Act as a point of contact for employee ...
