Why You’ll Love This Role

+ Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8 AM–5 PM, Friday 8 AM–12 PM

+ Employment: Hospital-employed via Blue Ridge Medical Group

+ Caseload: ~30 patients/day, ~7 surgeries/week

+ Scope: Inpatient and outpatient care, standard urological procedures, ROBOT coming in 2026
