RecruitWell is seeking a Board Certified Urologist for a locums opportunity in Longview, Washington. Position Details
* Start Date: 6/29/2026
* Assignment Length: Ongoing through 12/31/2026
* Coverage Need: 2 FTEs
* Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
* Combination of 8-hour day shifts plus 24-hour call
* Call Requirement: 7 days of unrestricted call per month
* Weekend Call: 1:2 rotation with 7-day 24-hour call coverage
Typical Schedule
When on call:
* 3 clinic days
* 1 OR day
* 7 consecutive days of 24-hour call
* Admin/rest day built in for physician recovery and safety
When not on call:
* Approximately 4 clinic days per week
* 1 OR day
* 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule
Practice Details
* Coverage needed due to gap in provider coverage
* Practice between Medical Center and Urology Clinic located approximately 1 mile apart
