• Plan, layout, construct, maintain, alter, and repair complicated multi-station progressive, single purpose blanking, piercing and forming dies, as well as a variety of drills, holding and clamping fixtures.
• Design dies and make or direct the making of detailed drawings.
• Work from drawings, sketches, samples, written and verbal instructions.
• Visualize finished job, make necessary mathematical calculations, select allowances for fitting and finishing.
• Plan, layout, and perform intricate machining operations on tool room equipment involving exacting setups and adjustments to maintain ...
