IT Planning, Budget Controlling
-Manage the annual local IT strategic planning and ally with global (UK&US) IT strategy planning including the budget planning & approval, manpower allocation, vendor evaluation, global report and monthly cost review to ensure they are linked with demands from business unit and overall company goals
-Budget management and control over OPEX and CAPEX
-In charge of project proposal documentation and budget allocation, approval request, execution and expense handling (PO/PR/PAR)
 
People & Project Management
-Set and measure annual performance measurement and influence & encourage IT juniors for IT professional development
-In charge of reporting in various global report: including process & requirement analysis for upcoming customization of the global solution and project progress/closure report
