Role Overview:

Payroll & HR Operations

Manage end-to-end payroll operations for staffing clients with employee strength of 1000+ headcount.

Collect and validate attendance, timesheets, leave records, and payroll inputs from multiple stakeholders.

Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.

Handle statutory compliance activities including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable labor law requirements.

Process expense reimbursements, payroll reconciliations, invoicing support, collections, and employee payouts.
