About The Role
We are looking for a results‑driven Outbound Sales Specialist with proven experience in B2B sales and cold calling. This role is ideal for someone confident on the phone, skilled at building relationships, and motivated to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Experience working with a US‑based textile company or within the textile/fabric industry is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to prospective B2B clients
- Identify decision‑makers and present products/services effectively
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM tools
