**Job Description**

This role focuses on setting up and operating advanced 4- and 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce complex aerospace and flight hardware components on the night shift. You will interpret detailed blueprints, machine parts to tight tolerances, and perform precision inspections in a high-mix, low-volume aerospace manufacturing environment. The position requires strong independent work skills, consistent adherence to quality and productivity standards, and the ability to troubleshoot machining operations effectively.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate 4- and 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce complex aerospace and flight hardware components.
+ Interpret and work from detailed blueprints and engineering drawings to machine parts accurately to specification.
