About the Position:

• Physician-owned, run, and independent
• 3 locations in the area to choose
• Been in business since 1994
• 2 Providers and 3 staff members per shift
• 3 weekday per work week and 1 weekend shift per month, totaling 144 shifts a year
• Friendly collegial atmosphere
• EMR
• 2-year base salary plus bonus
