**Job Summary:**

My Care Now Haywood, in Clyde, North Carolina, is seeking an advanced practitioner to join its acute care clinic.

**Qualified candidates:**

+ Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment
+ Performs therapeutic procedures such as I&D, splinting, suturing, and managing infection
+ Develop and implement patient management plans, records progress notes, and assists in provision of continuity of care
+ Fast-paced environment, largely autonomous work flow
+ 2 – 3 years’ experience preferred
