Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize our Upwork profile to increase visibility
• Search and bid on relevant projects (AI automation, web, marketing, recruitment, etc.)
• Write professional proposals tailored to each client
• Communicate with potential clients, qualify leads, and close deals
• Collaborate with internal team for project handover after closing
