Job Description / Responsibilities:

Actively search for relevant projects on Upwork related to design, branding, web development, social media, and content creation.

Write clear, customized, and persuasive proposals for each project.

Communicate with potential clients, answer queries, and schedule meetings when required.

Understand client requirements and collaborate with the internal team to prepare estimates.

Maintain daily activity logs of bids submitted, responses received, and follow-up actions.
