Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee all geological operations within the Geology Department. This role requires at least 8-10 years of experience in mining and will involve recruiting and mentoring geologists, setting performance expectations, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. You will play a key role in surface and underground exploration, drill program oversight, and geological modeling.
