Lead innovative geology activities at the Upper Beaver Project as a Geology General Supervisor, shaping the future of mining in Dobie, ON. Drive project success through effective team management and strategy execution.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee all geological operations within the Geology Department. This role requires at least 8-10 years of experience in mining and will involve recruiting and mentoring geologists, setting performance expectations, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. You will play a key role in surface and underground exploration, drill program oversight, and geological modeling.
