Job Description

  • GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY: Responsible for upholstering task seating, sofas, and loveseats.

  • SPECIFIC DUTIES OR TASKS  Upholstery fabric/leather/vinyl as per design specifications.
    Ability to read and follow work order instructions.
    Ability to use power tools and hand tools required for chair upholstery.
    Ability to lift and carry 50-70 lbs.
    Ability to upholster 25% of product styles at plus 90% efficiency.

  • SKILLS REQUIREMENT
    Experience in upholstery is preferred.

  • SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES RELATED TO ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH, AND SAFETY (EHS) Consistently follows EHS general rules and procedures and is aware of the EHS policy.
    Demonstrates good initiative for working safely, reporting, and participating in EHS.
